Hats Off! to Mark Smith-Soto, whose poetry collection Splices won an Honorable Mention in the annual chapbook contest sponsored by Finishing Line Press. Finishing Line will bring the book out in February of next year, but is accepting prepublication orders from now until the end of November.

Hat's Off!
Hats Off! to Susan M. Steadman, whose short play "The Thing with Feathers" will be published in the inaugural issue of the online South Florida Arts Journal. In addition, the play has been chosen for development and presentation at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education conference this summer. |
