Cost: $5 (good for $5 credit at the Regulator Bookshop!)
Once again, pundamonium will reign as pairs of punsters are given a subject. Punster number one then will have 10 seconds to come up with a relevant pun. Punster number two then gets ten seconds. On it goes, until someone's pun doesn't quite pun out. We'll start the evening with about 24 contestants, and a couple of hours later the last pun person standing will be crowned the Pun Master of Durham (a.k.a Punster of the Year, or P.O.T.Y). Think you can stand up to the punishment? Sign up to be a contestant! By email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ; by phone: 919-286-2700; or in person at The Regulator Bookshop, 720 Ninth St. We will need your name, e-mail, and phone number. Contestants get free admission and a chance for fame, fortune, and everlasting glory.

Location: Motorco Music Hall, 723 Rigsbee Ave. (Durham)
