The annual community-wide reading event, On the Same Page, celebrates its eleventh year of engaging readers in 2012 with the theme "It's All About the Journey!". On the Same Page is modeled after the National Endowment for the Arts "Big Read" program and encourages reading, discussion, and cultural understanding around the themes of a selected author and title. The featured title for this year is The Warmth of Other Suns: The Story of America's Epic Migration by Isabel Wilkerson. The finale of On the Same Page will be a lecture, reading, and book signing.
