Hats Off! to author and journalist Tim Bullard of Winston-Salem, who published two articles recently on the 2012 N.C. Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Travel held in Concord. One article was in the Hendersonville Times-News and contained information about the local tourism agency’s new QR code. The second article, for High Country Press in Boone, told about the 500 leaders from across the state who met, including the Scotland County TDA and Sheri Moretz of Mast General Store.
