Hats Off! to Mark Smith-Soto, whose poetry collection Splices won an Honorable Mention in the annual chapbook contest sponsored by Finishing Line Press. Finishing Line will bring the book out in February of next year, but is accepting prepublication orders from now until the end of November. |
