CREATIVE JOURNALING TOOLBOX, with Cherokee Pinder
- Thursdays, September 9 - October 14, 6:30 - 8:30 pm (six-week course, 12 hours of instruction)
- Meets at Health Space, 3030 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC
- $120 Network members / $140 non-members
This six-week course offers a creative, nurturing atmosphere for you to explore and experience a variety of writing techniques designed to enhance creativity, authenticity, and self expression. The workshop teaches ways to learn about various aspects of yourself, your life, your relationships, and overall life management.
Cherokee Pinder graduated from The Center for Journal
Therapy as a certified instructor of the writing techniques workshop
based on the work of Kathleen Adams. Cherokee has been teaching this
workshop series since 1999 with great gratification and passion. Writing
has been a natural extension of her personality, and she has written for
personal growth and creativity for over 20 years. She has had the
opportunity to work with colleges, hospitals, wellness centers and book
stores. Cherokee's work has led her through extensive training with
social workers and therapists. Cherokee also graduated from the Art
Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, is a United States Navy Veteran and mother
of two beautiful daughters.
