PENSTROKES WRITING GROUP--By focusing on the experience of inner hearing rather than “trying to say something”, anxiety falls away. Email Jane Penland Hoover, facilitator of Proprioceptive Writing® and The Amherst Writers and Artist Method, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
