• Our workshops are convenient. We offer instruction at your work site and conduct classes to meet your time schedule. We can offer two-, three-, or four-hour sessions that are scheduled within a single week or that span weeks, whichever best meets the participants' schedules and needs.
• Our classes are small and focused. We typically limit workshop size to a minimum of ten and a maximum of twenty participants so that our instructors can focus on individual needs. The workshop sessions are devoted strictly to teaching and helping individuals.
