She couldn’t decide which of these heartfelt writers’ attempts she enjoyed most, though she finally chose the slightly naughtier versions, her selective abilities possibly hindered (or helped) by the effects of a mild white zinfandel haze.

Question. M father was a writer between 1946-197I and his stories were published in Russian immigrant newspapers and journals in England, New York, San Francisco and Buenos Aires. I collected, edited, translated and published two books–in English and in Russian– of my father’s short stories: “Voices From the Past:…Russia-Soviet Union: 1917-1971.” I could’t find anywhere the information on how to include them in Book Buzz section. Could you, please, let me know how it could be done.

I hear writers complain when few fellow writers come to hear them read, but the same writers who complain seem to feel no responsibility when their fellow writers are reading.
Still, the writers should promote their readings, and learn how to give a good reading. That requires some effort.
