During this intimate two-Sunday workshop, Los Angeles-based writer Amy Paturel will break down the reported essay and you’ll have the opportunity to analyze effective reported essays and share your own work. The first Sunday will focus on three things: 1. dissecting three reported essays, 2. how to craft a reported essay pitch, and 3. brainstorming your essay ideas in a low-stakes environment. The second Sunday you’ll workshop your pitches live. Attendees are limited to 8.
