On December 10, Colored Convos Media will host writer, academic and National Book Award winner, Imani Perry, for a discussion of her work in African-American Studies and her industry experience as a Black woman author.
Imani Perry is a Professor of African-American Studies at Princeton University, author of 6 books, including Looking for Lorraine: The Radiant and Radical Life of Lorraine Hansberry, and South to America, the award-winning ode to the South and why the culture, politics, and physical and spiritual landscape of the South are crucial to America’s foundations.
