On July 4, we’ll present readings of currently banned or challenged books every hour.
10 AM – 1 PM – Banned or Challenged Children’s Books
1 PM – 4 PM – Banned or Challenged Adult Books
If you would like to read a selection from a banned book as part of this celebration, give us a call at the store (336-763-1919) and let us know when you would like to read and which book you’d like to read from. You can find a current listing of banned books here (scroll down on the page), or we’d be glad to help you choose.
We’ll also be highlighting banned or challenged books throughout the store
