Greensboro Bound Literary Festival will take place May 18-20 downtown Greensboro.
They have a stellar line-up of authors from across the country, including North Carolina fan favs Charles Frazier, Lee Smith, Daniel Wallace, and Annette Saunooke Clapsaddle; new voices and stories from Sindya Bhanoo, Rafael Frumkin, Louise Marburg, Matthew Salesses, Bushra Rehman, Katherine Standefer, Caleb Tankersley, and Glenn Taylor; and a redux of our children’s programming with Bakari Sellers, Shelly Anand, Michael Leali, and Brian “Smitty” Smith and Chris Giarrusso.
They will also feature a showing of the documentary The Renegade Legacy of Bleecker and MacDougal; workshops from Claire Millikin and Jorjeana Marie; a musical performance from Colin Cutler; and an ode (and likely a jam session) to the banjo with author Kristina Gaddy and Greensboro’s own Justin “Demeanor” Harrington!
