Winston-Salem Writers will present “Memoir: Bringing Past Worlds to Life,” a workshop by Julia Ridley Smith on Saturday, April 29, from 10 a.m. to noon by Zoom.
The workshop will address how to give participants a rich sense of places that have played important roles in their lives. It will include writing exercises to help participants see those places with fresh eyes and describe them in vivid language.

Registration for the workshop opens March 15 at www.wswriters.org/workshops-and-seminars and is limited to 40 participants.
