Big print, small words, good stories about a U.S. Army Chaplain and preacher who is still actively serving a church at 87 years old. The last ten pages are a brief history of The Church Of The Exceptional in Henrietta, NC. Lots of miracle stories for folks who are interested in that sort of thing. Quick read.

Pat Jobe is the minister of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Lake Norman and All Souls Community in Rutherford County, both in North Carolina. He has written seven books that are on the market, and he keeps praying at the altar of writing and publishing. He has a gaggle of children, step-children, foster children, grandchildren, and kin people who at least pretend to like him when he is with them. He was arrested twice protesting the refusal of the South Carolina legislature to extend Medicaid benefits. He writes for two local papers in his hometown of Forest City. For 17 years, he and co-writers performed Radio Free Bubba on WNCW 88.7 on your FM dial and He loves his family and his dog and his sweetheart’s cat and everything.
