Right to Write Awards Application Due on February 10. The Right to Write Awards, for BIPOC and Veteran writers, offers full tuition funding for Katey Schultz’s Monthly Mentorship, a celebrated writing program that will help you revise with confidence and complete writing projects with joy and accountability. You must be accepted into Monthly Mentorship before your application for Right to Write can be considered, but you are welcome to apply for the program and the award in tandem. Applications due 2/10/23.
“The mentorship program has not only been inspiring; it has been central to my life—one of the most meaningful endeavors I’ve ever committed to.”
This year, Desiree Cooper will join Monthly Mentorship as guest faculty. A 2015 Kresge Artist Fellow, Desiree is a Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist, award-winning author, community activist, and sought-after creative writing instructor—and we are beyond thrilled to have her join the team!
