Cancellations must be made in writing and arrive at the Network office (via USPS or e-mail) at least two weeks prior to the class date for you to receive a refund, less 25 percent.

Please note, the North Carolina Writers' Network, while far-reaching, is not ultimately responsible for hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, light drizzles, technical incompetence, internet malfunctions, etc., aka, "Acts of God," which prevent participation in the live class. There will be no refunds issued in the event of any of the above. Also, only one attendee per registration; please do not share log-in information with anyone who is not registered for the class. Each class is recorded, archived, and made available to registrants 24-48 hours after the class date.
