So How Did YOU Spend Your Saturday?

On Saturday, September 24, literary-minded folks around the world held events and demonstrations as part of 100 Thousand Poets for Change. Here in North Carolina, many of these events ran under the subtitle, “Writers for Education.” Writers (and readers) around the state organized to show their support for the arts through workhops and readings and by sending poems to their government representatives.

So we want to know: How did you spend your Saturday? Did you attend a reading? Did you shop at your favorite local bookstore? How did you show your support for the arts, and for writing in particular?

We have a discussion going on about it on our Facebook page. Join in! We want to hear all about your Saturday….
