NCWN Member Wins Second Word-Hoard Treasure Chest Drawing!

Jill Caugherty of Raleigh has won the second drawing for a Network Word-Hoard Treasure Chest, leading up to our Writingest State Online Conference next month.

Jill will receive a treasure chest (OK, a USPS mailer) filled with literary goodness: journals and magazines whose back issues the Network has been accumulating all year, in the absence of in-person conferences.

This Word-Hoard Treasure Chest will include recent issues of Poets & Writers, Writers’ Digest, the North Carolina Literary Review, and many more.

Our next drawing will be followed by a final one on November 10, the first day of our Writingest State Online Conference.

To enter, all you have to do is register for the Writingest State Online Conference, if you haven’t already done so. All WSOC registrants—except for those who’ve already won—will have a chance to win the next Word-Hoard Treasure Chest.

The Network’s Writingest State Online Conference will be a five-day festival for writers, November 10-14 at an Internet connection near you. The WSOC will feature classes and conversations on the craft and business of writing, as well as a keynote address by North Carolina Poet Laureate Jaki Shelton Green, a Pre-Conference Tailgate and a Prompt Party to get creative juices flowing, online Open Mic readings and Happy Hour virtual gatherings, and an Agents & Editors panel discussion.

Register for the WSOC today, and see if one of our treasure chests shows up at your door.
