Hats Off to Stephen C. Pollock!

Stephen C. Pollock's poem "Detours" appears in the Spring 2024 issue of Blue Unicorn.

Hats Off to Eileen Heyes!

Because it was published by the N.C. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Library Journal has included Eileen Heyes's children's book on Piedmont farm life, Bountiful Red Acres: Two Farms, Two Families, and a Year on the Land, as the only juvenile title in its list of Notable Government Documents of 2023.

Hats Off to Patty Warren!

Patty’s short story, "Junebug," was published in the anthology, Feisty Deeds: Historical Fictions of Daring Women on June 8, 2024.

Hats Off to Regina YC Garcia!

Regina YC Garcia has three poems featured in Does It Have Pockets (June 2024), as well as a three-poem series and a mini essay entitled "River Tears" appearing in The AutoEthnographer (June 2024).

Hats Off to Sandra Brodkin Dreis!

Three of the poems from Sandra Brodkin Dreis's first poetry chapbook, Cultured Pearls (Kelsay Books) appear in the June 1, 2024 anthology by AlzAuthors, "Poetry for the Dementia Journey."

Hats Off to Lisa Williams Kline!

Lisa Williams Kline's novel Ladies' Day (CamCat, 2023) won first place in regional fiction in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards, as well as a Bronze IPPY for audiobook. Her novel Between the Sky and the Sea (Dragonblade, 2023) also won finalist in romance in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards.

Hats Off to Mary Alice Dixon!

Mary Alice Dixon's poem "As the Willow" received an Honorable Mention in The Poetry Society of South Carolina's Starkey Flythe, Jr., Memorial Prize and is so noted in The Yearbook of The Poetry Society of South Carolina 2024.
