How to Use the Fall Conference Forum

This is your private space to connect with other attendees. Here’s how to get started:

1. Log In & Access Forum

  • Log in to the website.
    • Members: Log in with your usual credentials.
    • Nonmembers: Log in with your email as your username. Your default password is your county of residence. The County must be Capitalized, and without a space if there is one, as in “NewHanover.
  • Click the orange highlighted link above to access the forum.

2. Read Posts

  • You will see a list of topics (discussion threads).
  • Click on a topic title to read the conversation.

3. Post a New Topic

  • On the forum page, scroll down until you see Create New Topic.
  • Type a Title (example: “Looking for a carpool from Charlotte”).
  • Write your message in the large text box.
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom.
  • Your topic will appear for everyone to read.

4. Reply to Someone

  • Click on a topic to open it.
  • Scroll down to the Reply box.
  • Type your response.
  • Click Submit.

5. Be Respectful

  • This forum is just for Fall Conference participants.
  • Please keep conversations friendly and professional.
